As I was reading my Facebook page this morning… I was reading everyone’s post on what and who they were thankful for, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do this for my followers as well!
It is such a great habit to just stop and really look at what we have to be thankful for each and everyday in our lives. Not only does it put many things into perspective, it really helps you keep that positive focus in your life as well! How can you ever move forward if you are not thankful for the place that you are at?
So Fit Ones here are my top Five things I am thankful for:
1. My Husband – who fills my life with such joy and makes me want to be better each and everyday!
2. My mom – who is my best friend and mentor and I feel so proud to have her as my mom!
3. My health – I am thankful to be able to workout everyday and feel great on the inside and out!
4. My Job – I get to go to work each and everyday and help people to feel good about themselves, live a healthier lifestyle, and become who they truly want to be!
5. My Friends – Thank you for letting me be me, thank you for laughing with me, crying with me, and just loving me through the good and the bad times!!!
