Every since we were young we have been raised to believe that “Milk Does a Body Good”, or does it?
We see top athletes, models, actors etc… express their love for milk, but are they really looking this way and performing this way due to the effects of milk???
We glamorize milk to make people drink it……but what affects is it really having on us?
How much calcium is really in milk ? ….
Not much, with the way that milk is processed most of the vitamins and nutrients are now depleted and with the added hormone it is actually doing us a disadvantage not strengthening our bones!

Spinach
Collard Greens
Turnip Greens
Bok Choy
Kale
Parsley
Mustard Greens
