We as humans are constantly trying to let ourselves off the hook for everything. We want to eat healthy but we see the big arches and pull into the drive thru instead.
We have plans to hit the 5:30 cycle class, but friends invite you to happy hour and you say “I can just go to the gym tomorrow”.
Why do we do this …. why do we make excuses for things that we know will ultimately be the best for us?
