Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water
12 oz of Raw Cashews
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut
Directions:
Heat oven to 300º F.
Bring Honey and water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat; simmer on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until honey is thickened to syrup-like consistency.
Then add the nuts, seasonings and coconut; cook and stir 2 min. or until nuts are well coated. (Coated nuts will be saucy.)
Remove from heat; spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min., turning nuts after 10 min. Cool completely. Serve or store in covered container.
