Here is a great easy recipe that tastes amazing and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 ripe California grown avocado, cut in small chunks
2/3 cup crushed sweet potato chips (I use Jacksons Honest)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 cup of free range chicken broth
1/4 cup diced red onion
Mix the chopped avocado, crushed sweet potato chips, cilantro, onion, and garlic in a medium bowl.
Combine this with the ground chicken breast. Form into 4 to 5 patties. Pour chicken broth over the patties.
Heat the oven to 350 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes flipping the burgers at the 15 minute mark.
Serve on a lettuce bun with a slice of tomato.
