I am obsessed with cauliflower! I love Love LOVE everything about it. I can come home and literally down a bag like nothing! I also am a huge fan of hummus, but it is not a huge fan of me. So I decided to put the two together to get this delicious snack and treat!

Buffalo Hummus
Ingredients 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets 2 Tbsp almond butter 2 Tbsp frank’s hot sauce 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp of creole seasoning 1 Tbsp lemon juice Directions: Steam the cauliflower florets Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Chill before serving
