Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds chuck eye steak 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, sliced 1 bunch thin asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces 1/2 cup gluten-free hoisin sauce 4 green onions, sliced Directions Cut steak into 1/2-inch-thick slices against the grain and cut slices
