- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Garnish – pecans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, add the grated sweet potatoes, maple syrup, eggs, banana, and raisins. Mix well
- Next, add the flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well
- Pour the mixture in an 8×8 greased baking dish
- Bake for 55-60 minutes
- Top with pecan pieces
