Everybody wants a little piece of cake on their birthdays … But we don’t usually want the leftovers that go with it!
In honor of my birthday I have created a quick and easy birthday cake recipe that everyone will love and you won’t have it staring you in the face the day after.

Ingredients
1 small-medium overripe banana, mashed
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 T organic Palm Sugar
2 T almond flour
1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or coconut oil (melted)
1 T coconut flour
1 T pure honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 tablespoons of vanilla coconut creamer (or almond milk creamer)
Sprinkles
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine your mashed banana with the protein powder, flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and sprinkles.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter (oil) with honey until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and pour into the dry mixture mixing until thoroughly combined.
Grease a large mug or deep bowl (I used a cereal bowl) generously and pour the batter in it and microwave for 1 1/2 -2 minutes .
Top with a little Whip Cream and enjoy!
