I did a cooking class at Plums last week and I started the night off with Pumpkin Martinis!
It was the perfect way to welcome people to the dinner and I know it would be a great way to welcome guests into your home Thanksgiving Day!
It tastes delicious is easy to make I actually ended up serving them for dessert too!
You can omit the alcohol and make them “Pumpkin Mocktini’s” too!
This recipe will surely make your house a favorite for the holidays.
Ingredients:
6 ounces potato vodka
2 cups coconut creamer
1/3 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened
1/3 cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice cubes
For the Rim
maple syrup
coconut palm sugar
*Garnish with nutmeg and or a cinnamon stick
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds (until the puree is completely dissolved).
- Grab two bowls have one with the maple syrup and one with the palm sugar.
- Dip Martini Glass Rim into a bowl of maple syrup and then the bowl of palm sugar for a beautiful coasted rim.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass and serve ….
