3. Blueberries – are more than a delicious fruit. Many consider it to be a superfood. It’s rich in vitamins and phytonutrients, with a variety of antioxidants that are considered extremely beneficial for relieving stress.
4. Asparagus and Leafy Greens – Plant foods like Swiss chard, kale, and spinach along with asparagus, are rich in magnesium which is a holistic “chill pill,” putting your body in a relaxed environment which eliminates stress and eases anxiety and also gives you wonderful vitamins and minerals for your body!
