1 frozen banana (the riper the sweeter)
½ a Avocado
½ cup almond milk ( or coconut milk)
1 Tbsp of almond butter
ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend away!

1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries, 1 TBSP coconut butter or coconut oil, dash of cinnamon, 1 tsp Raw honey, 2 TBSP of chia seeds. Place in all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until ingredients are mixed throughout!
#4 Spinach or Leafy Greens: This is my favorite smoothie add in. Greens are low in sugars and calories, and provide tons of iron and protein. They’re also bursting with fiber, folate, and phytonutrients. All great for heart health, brain function, and overall digestion in the body!
½ cup of crushed ice
-8 oz unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or cashew
-½ frozen banana (or 4-5 banana pieces)
-1 Tbsp of nut butter (almond, sun butter…)
-1 cup fresh spinach leaves
-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. She says you can also substitute the banana for other fruits or berries.
