This week I have had the pleasure of being able to go to the lake and finish my second cookbook. This is the first time since we have opened our gym that I will take 10 days away. I am what my husband likes to call me a “freight train”. I like to go balls to the wall, never sitting, no quiet, always go go go.
This is the first time I am going to be completely by myself with no set schedule, no classes or clients to train, and not hands on in my business day to day and even though I know I am here for a purpose it is out of comfort zone and scares me a bit. I have realized that I have let my “busyness” define me and make me feel accomplished.
But will it?
Or will this time of peace make me stronger, gain more confidence, and help me to learn and grow more than I ever though possible?
When I decided to take this jump into peace and prosperity, I was nervous, a bit scared, and uncomfortable which is why I knew it was what I must do!
Sometimes you just need to take a step out of your daily routine and look out to new opportunity. This is where growth, rejuvenation, and prosperity will be happen. I am excited to embark on this journey and even though it may only seem like 10 days to some of you this a whole new world of opportunity to me. j
Running hard does not always equal running smart. It is in the peace and solitude that you are able to be lead, inspired, and changed.
What are some ways you like to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride Fit Ones?
