Now that School is back or going to be back in session .. After school snacks are vital!
This is a recipe request that I get quite frequently so I have chosen one of the easiest most favorite recipes that I make.
1 banana sliced into 1 inch rounds
1/4 cup of almond butter ( or favorite nut butter)
unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
dash of cinnamon
Put 1 tsp almond butter on banana slice and then cover with another banana slice.
Place on a plate or serving dish
Repeat until you have done them all.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Top with unsweetened coconut and cinnamon to taste.
