This is the easiest delicious little treat that you can have to give you that sweet treat fix that you crave. You can store in the fridge or freezer and have on hand or take with you for a quick grab and go snack.
ingredients:
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 scoop or 1/3 cup of Vanilla or chocolate Whey protein
½ cup pitted dates
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
Pour into a lined muffin tin and freeze until hardened (takes about 20 30 minutes).
