Acai Bowls are the new craze. They are delicious, nutritious, and filled with antioxidants. You can make many different flavors but here is one of my favorites.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup of grass-fed vanilla yogurt
1 acai power pack
1 frozen banana peeled and diced
1 cup of any berries you would like
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/4 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup of raw nuts (any kind except peanuts)
1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, mix probiotic, yogurt, protein powder, frozen banana, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Mix on medium until ingredients are blended throughout.
Pour into a bowl and top with coconut, berries, and nuts.
