These are incredibly simple and very tasty. If you are in a time crunch and want a good nourishing meal this is the perfect recipe for you!
Ingredients:
3 cans of albacore tuna in water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp of coconut flour
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup red onion
1 teaspoon of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp dill
1 tsp of dijon mustard
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Directions:
Mix Tuna, dijon, melted oil, dill, garlic, flour, lemon juice, onion, and cilantro in a bowl and mix.
Shape tuna mixture into patty form (makes about 5)
In a large skillet add olive oil and place tuna cakes in skillet. Cook the patties over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Turn them over and cook till the same on the opposite side.
