A friend of mine was wondering what would be a good before bedtime snack that would be tasty but be beneficial to her body as well. So here is the perfect recipe to compliment both.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of vanilla whey
3 tablespoons of coconut creamer (for added deliciousness use vanilla)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
Directions:
In a small bowl pour in protein powder and coconut creamer mix (if it is too runny add a little more protein powder). Last sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin spice into the bowl and mix ingredients with a fork.
