If you take a second to go to your local grocery store and look at the dressing ingredients you will be amazed at what you will find …. A lot of chemicals and added hidden sugars.
So here is a delicious recipe that is very healthy and tastes wonderful…..
Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Mixed Greens salad mix or favorite lettuce selection.
Assortment of salad ingredients, such as cherry tomatoes, chopped carrots, sliced red onion, chopped celery, diced cucumbers, walnuts
Directions
Mix the vinegar, garlic, and salt until salt is completely dissolved.
Then add the olive oil, Dijon mustard, and pepper until smooth throughout.
Mix in to your salad and put in a container to store in the refrigerator for more delicious salads!
