These are amazing go to treats for dessert or a great on the go pick me up!
No Bake Protein Balls:
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp. melted coconut oil
4 tbsp. Grad B Maple Syrup
4 tbsp. coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of pumpkin spice
1/2 cup almond butter or sun butter
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup of melted cacao chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix the coconut and the melted oil together in a bowl.
Then add the maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
Next add the almond butter, and protein powder.
Mix until everything is combined. Roll into balls then into coconut shreds and lay on tray, or press into pan and sprinkle on coconut.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave bowl or on a low-heat stove in a small pot and remove from heat.
Dip balls into the chocolate and place on a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Put in fridge for an hour before eating.
Store in fridge or freezer.
