Ingredients:
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of Paleo Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon of creole seasoning
- 2 cups shredded raw or almond cheese
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup black olives, drained
*for added spice top with jalapenos
Directions:
In a large serving dish, spread guacamole.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and creole seasoning. Spread over the layer of guacamole.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the mayonnaise mixture layer. Sprinkle tomato, green onions, lettuce and black olives over the cheese.
Top with jalapenos
These chips are great with cut cucumber, celery, peppers and zucchini!
