Here is a great recipe for Fish and Chips Paleo style that is delcious!
Ingredients:
1.5 – 2lbs. Grouper or Tilapia
½- 1 Cup Almonds, Crushed
¼ Cup Almond Milk
2 Large cage-free eggs
2 Tsp. Coconut Oil
4 cloves of garlic
Directions:
Place almonds in a blender to get them crushed and a “flour” like texture.
Place crushed almonds in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate dish, scramble the egg with the almond milk, garlic, and coconut oil.
Thoroughly coat the filets with the egg milk mixture and then cover with crushed almonds.
Place fish in a 9×9 greased casserole dish.
Heat of the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the filets for 20 – 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with Paleo Tartar Sauce and fresh Lemon to taste
