This is a great lunch or snack recipe that is very satisfying and delicious. This recipe also is great for your kid’s lunches too!
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Albacore Tuna in water
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil May
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp of relish (optional)
1 large cucumber
Directions:
Drain the Tuna before serving. Place drained tuna in a small bowl and add mayo and mix throughout. Then add the Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, and relish (if desired).
Cut cucumber into 1/2 inch slices and use them as chips to scoop out the tuna.
