I made this tonight as a treat and the family I made it for absolutely loved it! It is so easy and very satisfying for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almond butter or sunbutter (I actually did 1/2 almond 1/2 sunbutter)
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of Raw honey
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients throughout, place in an 8×8 baking pan and freeze for 1 hour.
Serve
For best results I place it back in the freezer in a Tupperware when I am done and then you can have it as a go to snack.
