Gluten Free Breakfast Bars
1 ¼ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
¼ cup walnut oil
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup pecans
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup almond slivers
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda
- In a large bowl, combine walnut oil, honey and vanilla
- Combine flour mixture into oil mixture until mixed throughout.
- Mix in cinnamon, pumpkin spice, coconut, crushed pecans, raw sunflower seeds, almond slivers and cranberries
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish with olive oil
- Place the dough into the baking dish
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
- Serve
