Most of us today have major tightness in our hips and quadriceps due to sitting in chairs, working out one dimensionally, and just plain old everyday living. Here is a few exercises to really loosen up the hips and quadriceps.
This will NOT in any way shape or form feel good, but it will have tremendous positive effects on the body!
